Hi, I’m Natalie.
I'm a mom, creative educator, and parent supporter with a passion for helping children and families grow with confidence.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis, and I love combining evidence-based strategies with creativity, connection, and compassion.
As both a professional and a parent, I understand that every child is unique and every family has its own journey. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where children feel encouraged to be themselves and parents feel supported, understood, and empowered.
For more than a decade, I've worked with children and families in a variety of settings. I previously owned The Milford Treehouse, a community toy store where my favorite part wasn't selling toys—it was creating meaningful experiences through classes, activities, and community events that brought families together. That experience reinforced what I believe most: children learn best when they feel safe, supported, and free to explore.
Through Wild Roots Life Skills, I offer children's enrichment classes, social-emotional learning, parent support sessions, creative workshops, and individualized coaching designed to help children build confidence, resilience, and practical life skills. Whether we're creating art, exploring nature, learning emotional regulation, or building everyday skills, my hope is that every child leaves feeling more confident and every parent leaves feeling more supported.
I believe learning should be joyful, hands-on, and rooted in connection. I believe in slowing down, embracing creativity, and nurturing each child's natural strengths. My dream is to build a community where children can grow with confidence, families can find encouragement, and learning is filled with curiosity, kindness, and joy.
Thank you for being here. I can't wait to welcome your family to the Wild Roots community.
